being an artist is an interactive installation/workshop where participants/artists are invited to engage themselves in the life and work of a Various Artist. the process consists of presentations, lectures, workshops, and productions within the identity of the chosen Various Artist. participating artists can free themselves from the (in)voluntary boundaries of their own artistic framework. they can freely create new work according to the background, skills and psychology of the Various Artist.
